We deliver orders all over the world. When you go through to checkout simply fill in your postal address, and  postage within Australia is a flat rate of $8.95 per order. For International orders, we offer a flat rate of A$15.00 per order.

Microhealth cannot be held liable for missing goods if an incorrect delivery address is given at the time of order. Please check all your postal details carefully before confirming your order.

Please examine all shipments immediately upon receipt. If the goods are incorrect or defective, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt (the earlier the better). You may then return your purchase within 21 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange provided the goods are in new condition in their packaging.

Once we have received and processed the returned goods, we will notify you via e-mail of your refund.  The refund will be made by the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

If you wish to exchange your goods, please notify us first with the details so that we can determine whether an additional payment or refund is applicable. With exchanges, please note that you are liable for all postage costs.

If you have not retained a copy of your invoice, please indicate the order number or the name and e-mail address of the person who made the order, together with a note detailing the reason for the return, and send the package to:

We recommend that you use a trackable postal method and securely repackage goods for return, as Microhealth cannot refund goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

Sales taxes and customs

State and local taxes may be charged on purchases of taxable merchandise. Since we have no control over these charges and no way to estimate what they will be, these charges are your responsibility.
